Dodd-Frank At Risk

Dodd-Frank is under relentless, if subtle attack from many who oppose the new rules and regs.  Steps needed to effect implementation seemed stalled in many areas.

More and more I am convinced of my original proposal in 2009 - REPEAL GRAMM-LEACH-BLILEY!

Changes in short selling and derivative rules wouldn't be a bad idea, either.
