The American idea and Voting Rights

 We are missing a vital point in the discussion over voting rights. Consent of the governed is the foundational principle, presented in our Declaration of Independence. Voting is the method by which citizens give their consent. So, those who want to limit voters' ability to vote don't recognize, support or believe in our Declaration's principles. What do you call a person who does not believe in the American idea, and ideals?
